Tangiers Noir Cooling

Tangiers Noir Cooling is a cooling shisha tobacco from Tangiers, in a 250g pack.

It does exactly what the name says. Cooling has no flavour of its own; its job is to add a cool, icy feel to your bowl. Mix in a little with your favourite flavour, because too much will make it freezing.
