ShishaGear delivery charges are added to your order as you proceed through our checkout process.
You will be shown the available shipping options and our system will automatically select the cheapest for you, should you wish to speed up the time taken for your order to arrive once it is ready for dispatch you may select a faster option.
These apply to regular items, Coal and other heavy goods are charged by weight and will automatically be calculated at checkout

Processing & Times
All deliveries will need to be signed for by the purchaser. We cannot accept any instructions to leave a package with another person, or in a place where no one has signed for the goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods a card will be left to inform you that you can collect your items from your local Royal Mail sorting office.
If you do not receive your item within the expected delivery time, please check with Royal Mail for possible delivery problems.
When you place your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email immediately, to let you know we have successfully received your order. If you do not receive this email please contact Customer Services detailing your name, time of order and the products you have ordered. We will contact you with further details as soon as possible. Orders placed before 16:00 Hrs Monday-Friday will be processed and despatched for delivery by the method selected (subject to stock availability and the postal service).
We will try to process as many orders as possible that are placed after this time, however some orders may roll into the following day.
We do not normally dispatch orders over the weekend or public holidays.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will contact you by email and let you know your order is on it's way.
All products purchased from this web site are covered by a the manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event that you experience a fault with the products as a result of defective materials or workmanship, please contact the service centre nearest to you as specified in the manufacturer's literature accompanying the products.
We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, prior to the order being shipped.
All products and/or services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. We will advise you if a product or service is unavailable.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. For orders to be shipped outside of the European Union, VAT will be charged. You will be charged in Sterling, and any exchange rates will be up to your card issuer. Duties may, however, be incurred at the destination country. You will be responsible for paying any such duties according to the local laws and regulations of the destination country.
You have a right to cancel your order before despatch or within seven working days after the date of delivery. All returns must be authorised first by logging into your account. Any unauthorised returns will be sent back to you at your expense. We will refund you the cost of the unwanted item within 30 days. We ask that you return unwanted goods to us so that they are received back by ShishaGear within 7 days of the RMA authorisation. You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted goods to us. We always recommend you send goods back by a trackable method, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Proof of sending is not proof of delivery.
Goods must be returned to us in an unused as new condition (including all packaging) and must be taken care of whilst in your possession. We ask that any goods that are in sealed packaging must remained unopened. If any of these conditions are not met, you will be charged a restocking fee to cover the loss in value to the goods.
For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available once packaging is opened and unsealed (This does not apply to faulty goods).
All delivery and return postage charges are non-refundable if you decide to return goods to us (this does not apply to goods received incorrectly).
We will only refund by way of the original purchase method of payment
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 7 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or despatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned and tested. You must log into your account and request a RMA number for all goods for return, regardless of circumstance. Only when an RMA number is issued can you return the goods to us. Any items returned to us without an RMA will be returned to you at your expense. All goods returned as faulty will be fully tested by our returns department to confirm that they are faulty.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
ShishaGear reserve the right to amend any or all of the terms and conditions without prior notice. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
