With the Plus Sleeve - Carbon Forged for your AEON - Edition 5 you can change the look of your hookah. The sleeve is compatible with the Lounge Plus & Premium Plus, as these models have a sleeve system built in. You can therefore install the sleeve directly and do not need any further components.
