Kitting out your Amotion Roam

Amotion's spares are mostly made for the Roam, and many of them are about taking it outdoors. Pick by what you want the Roam to do: travel, stand on uneven ground or cope with wind.

Kinds of part and what they do

• Travel kits such as the Roam Addon Kit: a travel bag with room for the Roam, a bowl, charcoal, tobacco and packing tools, plus a Season 1 mouthpiece and a hose, in Roam colours such as Mauve and Cobalt. The Roam itself is not included.
• Coal plates such as the Roam Charcoal Plate Kit: an adapter screws onto the outer thread of the downstem and a stainless steel plate, 130mm across, sits on top to rest your coals.
• Ground spikes such as the Roam Spike: it screws onto the underside of the Roam so you can push it into the ground and keep it level on a slope.
• Coasters such as the Roam Coaster: a washable PVC-silicone mix that hardly absorbs odours, with room for the Roam. Colours include Cobalt, Asher, Stone, Mauve and Lime.
• Windshields such as the Amotion Windshield: it shields your coals from the wind outdoors so they don't heat up out of control, which lowers the risk of burnt tobacco and stray sparks.

Matching your set

The colour names run across Amotion's range, so a Mauve Roam can have a Mauve bag and coaster. Bowls come in matching colours too, so look at Amotion bowls for the same shades. The hookahs themselves are under Amotion hookahs.

Questions

Does the Addon Kit include the Roam?

No. The kit is the bag, mouthpiece and hose; the Roam is sold separately.

Will the Roam Spike work on any ground?

It needs ground firm enough to grip. Push it in deep, and avoid loose ground, which usually won't hold it.

How do I clean the Roam Coaster?

Wipe or wash it with ordinary household cleaning products.
