PLEASE NOTE, THIS BOWL DOES NOT REQUIRE AS MUCH HEAT SO YOU MAY WANT TO USE LESS CHARCOAL OR TAKE OFF THE LID ONCE THE SMOKE GETS GOING. ALTERNATIVELY, IF YOU PREFER HOTTER SESSIONS, THIS BOWL WILL GET YOU THERE AND THEN SOME! :-)
