ONMO Stainless Steel Heat Management Device

The ONMO heat management device made in stainless steel, in two versions: Classic, the familiar ONMO shape with ridges on the underside, and Flat, with a smooth underside that can help stop the tobacco burning in spots. Stainless steel holds heat differently from aluminium, so it runs hotter than the standard ONMO: good for moist, molasses-heavy tobacco, but start with less charcoal and check it more often so the tobacco doesn't burn. The base plate unscrews, which makes cleaning easier.
