Inside the Steamulation range

Steamulation is a German maker that treats a hookah as a system. Stems, sleeves, mouthpieces and cooling parts all come from the same brand, so you can change the look and the draw over time.

The hookahs

• Ultimate Gen. III, in finishes such as Black Graphite: a 4-hose shisha with a Cooling Purge that cools the bowl at the push of a button. The set includes the Ultimate II & III + Upgrade Set, a Carbon Leaf mouthpiece, a matt black silicone hose and a Quasar Raas 2 head.
• Superior Gen II: 67cm tall and about 3.5kg, with an aerospace aluminium stem, four connections and anodised finishes like Gold or Copper.
• Pro X II, Pro X Mini and Classic owners will find carbon sleeves, columns, tubes and blow-off sets made for their models.

Adding to your set-up

• Mouthpieces: carbon designs and the V2A Konus One have an 18/8 ground joint, so they can rest in a spare hose port.
• Personal tips: Hygiene Mouthtips in V2A steel, some in gold, slip onto almost any mouthpiece, so each guest has their own.
• Cooling: the Cooling Control Adapter sends some exhaust air back to the head, and the Cooling Carbon Diffusor cools the bowl through four purge valves.
• Weight and looks: carbon tubes and smoke columns make the hookah lighter, while carbon, epoxy marble and small sleeves change its colour. Some Pro X II sleeves need the optional Blow Off adapter, so check the listing.

It is cooling built into the hookah, which you use at the push of a button.

What does the 18/8 ground joint on the mouthpieces do?

It lets the mouthpiece push into a free hose port on a Steamulation shisha, which then works as a neat holder.

Will a sleeve fit any Steamulation?

No. Sleeves are made for particular models, for example the Small Sleeve fits the Pro X Mini and Mini (Gen. 2), so check the model named on the listing.
