Caesar crystal bases

Caesar is a crystal factory that makes tableware as well as shisha bases. Each base is handmade and blown in the Czech Republic. The name Bohemian crystal refers to crystal from the Bohemian region there.

The shapes

Caesar bases are named after their cut and shape, and many come in more than one colour, such as clear, grey or black. A few examples:

• Rock Triangle: one of the shapes made in several colours, including grey, clear and black.
• Cut patterns such as Snake Skin, Hoarfrost Down, Frozen V and Ananas, each with its own design in the glass.
• Mini versions, for example the Jeschen Mini and Hoarfrost Mini, plus Caesar X Moze designs like the Fan Cut Mini.
• Cone Rock: a cone shape, 24.9cm tall with a 43mm neck opening.

Will it fit your shisha?

The Cone Rock is made for Russian or traditional shishas that sit in the base with a seal (grommet). Check the neck size in the product details, and measure your stem where it meets the base. If the fit is loose or tight, a different grommet usually sorts it out. Browse Russian shishas if you need a stem to match.

Looking after crystal

Wash it by hand with lukewarm water and a soft brush, and dry it before storing. See cleaning and drying for brushes and cleaners.
