Most of these filters are part of Kaloud's Ayara system: small activated carbon pods that sit in the smoke path of your hookah. To use them you need two things, an adapter that holds the pod and a supply of replacement pods in the matching size.
An Ayara adapter is a downstem adapter and diffuser that lets the pods fit any standard wide-stemmed hookah. It is made of ceramic, aluminium and silicone, and comes in a Small and a Large size, in finishes such as silver, gold and black. Pick the size first, because the pods only fit the adapter they are made for.
Some filters are spares for a specific device rather than for the hookah itself. The CoalCatcher Hepa Filter Set, for example, is made for the CoalCatcher and swaps in without tools.

Will Ayara pods fit any hookah?
Not on their own. They need an Ayara adapter, which fits standard wide-stemmed hookahs, or a Kaloud Krysalis filter that takes Ayara pods.
Small or Large: which pods do I need?
Match the pod to your adapter. Small pods fit Ayara Small adapters and Large pods fit Ayara Large adapters.
How long does one pod last?
Kaloud rate the replacement pods for 30 to 60 sessions each. Swap the pod when you reach the end of that range.
