Delivery Charges
ShishaGear delivery charges are added to your order as you proceed through our checkout process.
You will be shown the available shipping options and our system will automatically select the cheapest for you, should you wish to speed up the time taken for your order to arrive once it is ready for dispatch you may select a faster option.
These apply to regular items, Coal and other heavy goods are charged by weight and will automatically be calculated at checkout
Other options for next day delivery are shown in the checkout, a 2pm cut off time applies to upgraded services, but where possible we try and get your order out as soon as possible. (please note that if you place an order for items that require additional ID Checks then this falls outside the next day delivery scope if we can not satisfy the required documentation in time). Please note that next day delivery is for working days Monday to Friday only.

Processing & Times
All deliveries will need to be signed for by the purchaser. We cannot accept any instructions to leave a package with another person, or in a place where no one has signed for the goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods a card will be left to inform you that you can collect your items from your local Royal Mail sorting office.
