Citrus Shisha Flavours

Finding your kind of citrus

Citrus can be sharp and sour, cool and minty, or soft and sweet. Work out which way you lean, then pick the blend. The names below are examples to start from, not a full list.

Pure and simple

For one clear fruit, look at single-fruit flavours such as Tangiers Noir Lemon, with its sweet and sour finish, or Tangiers Noir Lime, which also works as a base for your own mixes. Starbuzz Citrus Mist (Cito Mist) is a smooth, lemon-led blend, and Tangerine Dream (Tangi Dream) tastes like orange soda.

With a chill

Citrus and mint is a classic pairing. Examples include:

  • Savacco Magna Carta (Green Myst): crushed lime with wild mint.
  • Savacco G6 On The Rocks: tangy grapefruit with black mint.
  • Starbuzz Mighty Freeze: lemon and icy spearmint, from the Bold range.
  • Tangiers Noir Mime: juicy lime with a soft minty exhale.

Citrus plus fruit, or something richer

Tangiers Noir often pairs citrus with another fruit, for example Cherry Limeade, Blackberry Lime or Panic Punch (watermelon and lime). Starbuzz Coco Jumbo mixes coconut with lime. If you like dessert-style citrus, try something like Starbuzz French Orange (orange sherbet with vanilla), Tangiers Noir Lemnado (chocolate and lemon) or Starbuzz Vintage Orange Chocolate from the Vintage black leaf range.

Want a bowl without tobacco? Starbuzz Steam Stones, such as Pirate's Cave, are a nicotine-free alternative that you pack and heat in the usual way. Citrus also pairs well with mint and ice flavours.

Questions

Which citrus flavours are really sour?

Tangiers Noir Sour lives up to its name, with sweet, candy-like undertones. Starbuzz Pirates Cave is a very strong lemon-lime that is as sweet as it is tangy.

Can I mix citrus with other flavours?

Yes. Tangiers Noir Lime is made to add a lime edge to your own mixes, and Blackberry Lime works on its own or in a blend.

What pack sizes do citrus flavours come in?

It depends on the brand. Starbuzz flavours are mostly sold as 100g, 200g, 250g or 1kg, and Tangiers Noir often as 250g; each product shows its own sizes.
