Choosing your Moon Grand Cap

Moon is known for the Grand Cap, a large bowl that Moon describe as giving about one hour of smoking. It comes in a range of colours, such as Yellow, Oleander, Sentrope, Gold and Red, as well as the standard version.

Lite, Pro or Max?

• Lite: the bowl with its grommet and tray. Pick this if you already have your heat setup.
• Pro: the bowl and grommet with an AOT heat management system, so you can skip foil.
• Max: everything in the Pro, plus aluminium foil and 1kg of coconut charcoal.

The bowl itself is the same whichever option you pick, so you are only choosing what comes with it. Colour is down to taste and matching your hookah.

Getting a good session

• Fluff the tobacco and fill it loosely, just below the rim, so air can move through.
• With a large bowl, give the coals a few minutes to heat the pack before you judge the smoke.
• Move or remove a coal if it starts to taste harsh.

Need more coals? Add coconut coal, or compare other heat management devices.

Questions

Does every option come with a grommet?

Yes. Lite, Pro and Max all include a grommet with the bowl.

Do I need foil with the Pro?

The Pro comes with an AOT heat management system, which sits on the bowl in place of foil. The Max adds foil as well, for when you want both.
