The ONMO Stainless Steel HMD Flat is the ONMO heat management device made in stainless steel, with a smooth underside instead of the ridges. Depending on how you pack the bowl, this can help stop the tobacco burning in spots. Stainless steel holds heat differently from aluminium, so it runs hotter than the standard ONMO: good for moist, molasses-heavy tobacco, but start with less charcoal and check it more often so the tobacco doesn't burn. The base plate unscrews, which makes cleaning easier.
