Each head is unique! Due to the manufactured heads, there may be marginal deviations from the picture. Cracks in the glaze are material-related / normal and do not represent a defect that justifies a complaint. The "bleeding" of the heads after a few uses is also no reason for complaint, as this is also due to the material.

This tray can also be used on any other standard-sized hookah bowls. Simply place it on top of your bowl and put your coals in there. It is a great replacement for aluminum foil and also acts as a wind guard for your charcoals. The Apple On Top Screen is made from stainless steel and a silicone leaf shaped handle.
