This strawberry is a rich, sweet, jammy flavour. It is somewhat oily, but lacks a good resistance to humidity changes. Tests have shown that if it smells rich and strawberry like, it will smoke well. If it smells bitter or stemmy, the tobacco needs to be exposed to the air more before smoking to avoid humidity shock. Strawberry is very average in most other categories. Initially it tastes very sweet, but seems lacking in complexity, but on further tasting, some of the sweetness is created by the complexity of the flavour.
