How the Wookah models differ

A full-size Wookah body stands 36cm without a bowl and downstem, or about 61cm with a Vorclas bowl fitted, and weighs about 1.4kg. What changes from one set to the next is the size, the finish of the body and the vase it sits on.

Choose your Wookah

• Full-size sets: a body, vase and matching wooden mouthpiece chosen to go together, such as the Oak Smooth Clear or the Nox Mastercut Check.
• Wookah Classic: a wooden body on a wooden vase, the most classic look Wookah make. The Classic Oak, for example, is the original design made fully of oak.
• Wookah Mini: a smaller body, for example the Mini Oak Smooth. Its valve adapter has an extra grommet so the ball won't fall out, which helps when you travel.
• Limited editions: special pairings such as the Sage Goal, with a matte sage-green body on a crystal vase.

Body and vase

Oak is light and natural looking, while Nox is pitch black with a rough, deeply carved surface. Coloured bodies such as Tenebris, Arctic Blue or Black Pink have a handmade, irregular finish. Vases range from the hand-blown Smooth glass, in clear, smoky or misty, to Mastercut crystal with cut patterns. Every body has a quick lock system, so the body and vase join with one short movement.

Adding to it

The Wookah Leather Hose is 150cm long and needs a Wookah Hose Connector, sold separately. Stands and a Cordura travel bag round off the set. Spare vases are in Wookah bases, and valves, downstems and seals are in Wookah spares. Most sets leave the bowl to you, so browse hookah bowls.

Questions

Does a Wookah come with a bowl?

The shisha-only sets come with the body, vase, mouthpiece and hose. Some sets, such as the Tenebris Mastercut Comet, have a Lite option that adds a bowl.

Can I take the diffuser out?

Yes. Each Wookah body has a downstem with a demountable diffuser, which you can remove for the standard Wookah sound.

Does the leather hose include a connector?

No. Add the Wookah Hose Connector, which is made for the leather hose.
