The vase of the Botan consists of hand-blown borosilicate glass and the manufacturing process is very complex. The Closed Chamber System allows a more pleasant drafting behavior, which is a result of the reduced volume, and it enables the complete removal of stale smoke from the vase to make room for fresh smoke.
