Note: Prolonged use may cause wear on the soft-touch surface. In addition, strong dirt and improper use can leave residues on the surface or in the material. Therefore, despite its high resistance, we recommend handling the hookah with care to maintain its distinctive surface structure for a long time. Claims/complaints resulting from improper/extreme use are excluded from the warranty. The responsibility in such cases lies with the customer. Small inclusions (e.g. air) in the glass cannot be completely excluded due to the manufacturing process and do not constitute grounds for complaint.
